Project “Telemedicine services for people with implantable high-energy devices” – opportunity to continue health services

As of 31.07.2023, the project implemented by the Silesian Park of Medical Technology Kardio-Med Silesia jointly with GABOS SOFTWARE, co-financed with funds under the Regional Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020 of the European Social Fund for the priority axis: IX. Social Inclusion for the measure: 9.2 Accessible and efficient social and health services for sub-measure: 9.2.6 Development of health services.

High-quality telemonitoring services for people with high-energy implantable devices benefited 500 patients from the Silesian province, whose cardiac condition was monitored remotely for a period of 12 months by qualified medical personnel: nurses and doctors. Thanks to the constant monitoring and the doctor’s ability to quickly catch cardiac disorders, the patient’s comfort and safety in daily life was ensured.

After the completion of the project, the Silesian Park of Medical Technology Kardio-Med Silesia offers patients with implantable high-energy devices a telemonitoring service for a free.

We offer continuous telemedicine care, health surveillance by a team of experienced medics, telephone and in-person consultations. Our services will help provide peace of mind and, if necessary, quick access to medical assistance for patients with implanted high-energy devices. The current conditions for taking advantage of the offer are set individually.
