Development of Health Services 9.2.6 – The stroke project

Silesian Park of Medical Technology Kardio – Med Silesia realizes the project funded by European Social Fund of Regional Operational Program for the years 2014-2020.

The project is called: „Optimization of post-hospital procedure for stroke patients”.

Project description: Care for 200 patients who are at risk of social exclusion due to poor health condition after a stroke by broadening and facilitating access to high-quality comprehensive health services.

Planned effects: Deinstitutionalization of health services and raising the quality of life and health of people after stroke.

Duration of the project: 01.10.2018 – 30.09.2020 r.

Project value: 1 900 144,80 PLN

Co-financing: 1 767 134,66 PLN
