Medical Laboratory – Sample Collection Point

The Medical Laboratory Sample Collection Point is located in the building of the Silesian Park of Medical Technologies Kardio-Med Silesia at 10C Marie Curie-Skłodowska Street in Zabrze. The main entrance is from Cieszyńska Street.

In the laboratory, we perform COVID-19 tests: RT-PCR testing and antigen testing

No prior registration is required for a COVID-19 swab test, you can vistit the collection point’s during our standard working hours.

To enter the Sample Collection Point use the doorbell or call: 698 771 446.

Filling out the test order for COVID-19, please make sure to specify it clearly. Payments for the tests can be made by card or cash.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM

Weekends and holidays: Closed

Preparation for the Test:

Before the swab collection, for 2 hours prior to the test:

• do not brush your teeth or chew gum.
• do not rinse or use mouthwash or nasal washes.
• do not use inhalers or nasal and throat sprays.
• do not eat or smoke for 30 minutes before the test.

If you have a runny nose, do not blow your nose directly before the swab.
