TELEMEDICINE FOR PATIENTS AFTER STROKE

Silesian Park of Medical Technology Kardio – Med Silesia realizes the project funded by European Social Fund of Regional Operational Program for the years 2014-2020.

The project is called: „Telemedicine as a method for coordinated medical care for stroke patients.”.

Project description: Care for 200 patients who are at risk of social exclusion due to poor health condition after a stroke by broadening and facilitating access to high-quality comprehensive health services.

Planned effects: Deinstitutionalization of health services and raising the quality of life and health of people after stroke.

Duration of the project: 01.09.2020 – 31.08.2022.

Project value: 1 783 790,40 PLN

Co-financing: 1 516 221,84 PLN
