We recommend participating in the 16th edition of the PAFF Leaders Program, organized by the School of Leaders

The Silesian Park of Medical Technology Kardio-Med Silesia recommends participating in the 16th edition of the PAFF Leaders Program organized by the Sch PAFF Leaders is an innovative and comprehensive development program for leaders – people engaged in activities for the development of their local environment, and in particular for the implementers of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation Programs.ool of Leaders.

The PAFF Leaders program has been supporting leaders in their development for 15 years. So far, 15 editions have been carried out and 700 people have been trained. For many of these people, the Program became the beginning of a new path: they developed their organization, which is now very successful, took part in the elections and became the head of the village, mayors, and implemented the dream project.

The program will include:

  • 12 months of individual work with a tutor,
  • four training meetings full of workshops, debates and inspiring meetings,
  • study visits throughout Poland,
  • a rich offer for graduates of the Program.

Requirements: minimum two years of experience working for a specific environment, in particular, the implementation of the project financed by the Polish-American Freedom Foundation.
