Chairman & CEO – Adam Konka, MBA

Adam Konka, MBA; he has been responsible for the Management of Complex Projects at all levels of management for 25 years. He performed the following functions: Project Coordinator, Managing Director, Member of the Management Board, President of the Management Board, Expert in Health Protection Management, Advisor to the Minister of Health for Management and Information Systems of Health Protection. As part of the projects implemented in the structures managed by him, there have been Projects financed from the funds of: The State and Local Budget/ Horizon 2020 UE / The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development / The Medical Research Agency / The National Centre for Research and Development / The National Science Centre and Ministry of Health Republic of Poland.

Mentor and expert evaluating start-ups: medical, biotechnology, telemedicine as part of such events as: Start-Up Days Katowice, TopTrends (start-up competition at the MedTrends conference – European Forum for Modern Healthcare); “Start-Up Mine”.

The President of the Silesian Park of Medical Technology Kardio-Med Silesia (KMS) since July 2013. KMS is the innovative center  research and implementation unit supporting originators and start-ups: medical, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and telemedicine.
