FITPOLKA (The National Centre for Research and Development – Social Innovation Competition) – complex and mobile educational and prevention system of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases among women using modern E&M health tools. The main objective of the project “FitPolka” is to increase the availability among women to education and effective prevention of civilization diseases, especiallycardiovascular diseases (CVD), as well as increase of health awareness in this area and quality life’s improvement of Polish women through the development and implementation of innovative personal tool (management of CVD risk factors), available in the form of a mobile application and integrated with its interactive educational web platform.

The project is nationwide and designed for approximately 20 million of Polish women.
